It's been 65 years that fly fishing is a family affair. Bernard Boulard, my grandfather, was the creator of the popular "Joliette Hopper". 

Serge Boulard Inc "distribution" was created in 1979 by Serge Boulard. . 

I bought the compagny in 2013. I'm proud to be the third generation in the family !
